Cartoonist Tony Husband supports Community Action Response

Award-winning cartoonist Tony Husband has created four bespoke cartoons for Community Action Response, a campaign launched by Eden Project Communities and supported by Iceland and 30 other cross-sector partners, to help build community action and spirit in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The cartoons encapsulate the campaign’s four key messages – Be Kind, Connect, Support and Share – and are based on real-life examples of community action.

Tony commented: “I’m proud to lend a hand in support of the Community Action Response campaign. I hope these new cartoons help to inspire people to recognise, celebrate and continue the current wave of great community spirit in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. I’m sure there are thousands more examples of small acts of kindness I could have chosen to capture. It’s important, now more than ever, that campaigns like this are there to help people feel part of their communities and they can make it through this crisis together.”
